top firefox pluginsIs there anyway to get Mozilla Firefox to stop asking me to download missing plugins?

I'm using version 3.6 and the little bar at the top comes up and asks if i want to download missing plug-ins. I just want to turn this off or distop firefox pluginsable it
It's a little questionable as to why this is happening and you don't want to redownload them, but try this:

1. Click the Tools->Plugtop firefox pluginsins menu item.
2. Find and select one of the missing plugins in the list.
3. Click its Disable button.
