can't download microsoft word software message say something about a file won't let me download the software. is there somthing i can do to get it downloaded and what is the possible problem
If you know the name of the file, you might try this: Rmicrosoft word software downloadight click on an empty space on your desktop taskbar. Choose task manager; If you see the file under Applications, click on it to highlight it, then at the bottom, click end task. If it's not there or even if it is click on the processes tab, lomicrosoft word software downloadok for and click on it to highlight it, then click end process.
Maybe it will help.
If it is your firewall, then you might have to lower your firewall settings until you get word downloaded. Same for any protection type software.
