I'm looking for a reliable vendor to buy an Intel server with the following parts:

It looks like you copied these specs from somewhere, so maybe from there(?). If not, find a local shop that builds their own systems. They'll have experience in buying parts piece meal and making things work.

Or you can always hop on HP's or Dell's website and build one from there (and yes, they're low end lines tend to suck, but I've had dozens of HP and Dell servers that haven't glitched once in over 6 years).
