In my computer I got a DVD drive but I lost my software. When I bought my computer, they gave me a software which was preloaded into my HD to play DVD. I had to format my HD and now I can not play any DVD or burn DVD on mfree hd dvd player downloady computer? If you know of any free source please let me know so I can downlaod it.

go to the manufactor's site (ofree hd dvd player downloadf the DVD player) If you registered your product when you got it, they should have record of it and forward you the needed info.
If your DVD drive is not also a DVD burner then you can't burn DVDs..
