I just downloaded the latest update, and now youtube is acting strange.
uninstall it then go back to the adobe site and reinstall it.
the latest version just contains security updates
and it should not affect the usability of the flash player
perhaps you have got some other proolder versions adobe flash playerblem that coincidentally arose at the time you installed the latest version of adobe flash.

It may be an add-on that is giving you the impression that Adobe is playing up delete the Adobe then clear your history and cookies then reboot THEN re download the latest Adobe Flash Plolder versions adobe flash playerayer
There are two ways either download to file and install from that then update or
Install from the online option where it will update as it installs
Either way work very well if you do them though I do find it better to start and finish the install without doing any other tasksolder versions adobe flash player
